The BAUER NSX S18 SR field hockey pads are a great choice for amateur hockey players. The pads have a tapered, tapered fit with a wider leg coverage at the top and a more standard fit at the bottom. The body of the kneecap and the pad itself is made of molded plastic and has a ribbed design that more effectively redistributes the force of the impact, protecting the shin and knee.

On the inside, the body is lined with medium-density foam, which has excellent shock-absorbing properties and provides a comfortable fit of the pads. The lining material is a hydrophobic mesh that quickly wicks moisture, keeping the protective equipment dry and light. A removable, mesh liner provides additional protection and also helps reduce the drying time of the protective equipment. The liner can be removed for washing.

Two-strap fastening system. A one-inch (2.5 cm) wide elastic strap located below the knee secures the top of the shield, and a two-inch (5 cm) wide elastic strap secures the calf protector. Nylon loops on the calf protector hold the elastic straps in place.
